We offer nationwide home delivery across Bangladesh, including rural areas. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2 working days
• Outside Dhaka (district cities): 2–3 working days
• Upazila or village areas: 4–5 working days

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

• Please check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
• If the product is correct but not liked, it may be returned immediately by paying the return courier charge.
• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Only one exchange is allowed, and the product must be unused and in original condition.
• If the product has any visible defect or damage, inform us within 3–4 days. A replacement will be provided within the next 3–4 working days.
• If the ordered product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative or request a refund, which will be processed within 3–7 working days.
